One-On-One Class (2 Day): This class is designed for racers/riders that want to learn important skills to improve their results. We cover drills that will be effective during races and rides to keep them safe and become more consistent. This class is 12 hours long, so please be prepared to soak in the knowledge provided both physically and mentally. We love these classes the most, because we can focuses on your needs and your needs alone! No worry about making others wait or holding up the class. This day is designed around you! We recommend this class for racers/riders that are used to riding and training throughout the week. You do have the option to split these two days up. Its sometimes good to have 1 day of instruction and work on the drills at home, then do the next class starting fresh.
